All tasks related to payroll management :

Preparing and sending salary slips
Entering monthly variables
Entry, exit and follow-up of employee data (AHV card, BVG announcement, etc.)
Payment and monitoring of family allowances
Control and payment of daily allowances in case of accident or illness
Adjustment of social charges (AVS, LPP, LAA, LAAC, PGMaladie,)
Calculation of salaries (pro rata temporis when joining or leaving during the month, 13th, holidays, unpaid leave, overtime, representation expenses, etc.)
Monthly declarations by Swissdec to the authorities: AHV for the actual statement, source taxes to the various cantons and salary statistics (FSO)
Preparation of the payment transfer file
Issuing and sending annual reports: salary certificates, AVS, LAA, LAAC, PGmaladie, LPP and source taxes
